About the Role

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential property management specialist servicing Brisbane's Bayside. Unlike many agencies, their business is dedicated exclusively to property management, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants without the distractions of sales.

Your responsibilities will include
Managing an established residential portfolio from end to end
Conducting routine inspections
Managing entry and exit inspections




Building and maintaining robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A proactive and customer-focused approach
The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
