About the Role
The Change, Release & Service Validation & Testing (SVT) Manager plays a key role in delivering ITIL® 4 aligned services within a SIAM shared-resource model. In this role, you will provide cross‑practice oversight, lead Change, Release and SVT practices, and ensure alignment with customer policies and practice definitions. You will support governance forums, foster solid stakeholder engagement, and champion continual improvement across service delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead service delivery governance by managing SLAs, conducting quality reviews, and representing teams in SIAM forums.
Drive continual improvement initiatives across ITIL practices while acting as an escalation point for service matters.
Develop and maintain playbooks, ensuring clear workflows, controls, and alignment with customer policies.
Establish and execute Release, Change, and SVT plans, including risk forecasting, deployment trending, and post‑implementation analysis to ensure all recent services are validated before production.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to enhance tooling, reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in ITSM or Service Governance within SIAM environments, with cross‑practice exposure.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to facilitate outcomes across diverse teams.
Skilled in ServiceNow dashboarding and driving data quality improvements.
Highly organised, cooperative and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead continual improvement initiatives.
ITIL® 4 Foundation certified (required), with SIAM and advanced ITIL certifications highly regarded.
Additional Requirements
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline level security clearance.
