About the role:



You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a well‑maintained strata portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and operational excellence. Working closely with on‑site Building Managers and a dedicated Strata Administration Assistant, you’ll oversee all aspects of strata management, including budgets, maintenance, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of a premium strata portfolio
Build and maintain robust relationships with owners, residents, and contractors
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, maintenance programs, and legislative compliance
Support Building Managers to consistently deliver high service standards
Provide proactive solutions to client needs and operational challenges
