What's Involved
Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Parramatta to Penrith
Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care
Pest and disease control
Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard
Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
Report on progress,



issues, and suggest improvements
Foster a culture of safety

About You
Trade qualified in horticulture or have solid experience in the industry
Excellent working knowledge of all techniques, tools and equipment used in the field
Solid communication skills
Proven ability to effectively prioritise workflows, impart knowledge to others and be a mature and reliable leader
