What you will be doing (but not limited to):
Ensuring KPI’s for productivity levels and compliance are met
Schedule work for the team to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner to meet dispatch requirements and fulfill daily targets
Champion the company’s policies and procedures, and ensure the team is adhering to all safety, quality and other requirements
Implementing servicing schedules and repairs of plant and equipment




Ensure compliance to quality management systems
Leading staff prestart, end of day, and tool box meetings
Commitment to providing a safe work place

Your skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years in a similar production manager role
Ability to lead a group and drive performance results
Effective and skilled communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
A team player with attention to detail and advocate for safe work practices
Reliable, punctual and proactive
Current C Class (minimum) drivers license
