We’re on the hunt for a Quant Strategist with cultural nous and curiosity aplenty.

You’ll already be working in a consumer insights role – building your consulting toolkit – but maybe you’re starting to feel a little constrained. Like your creativity could stretch further in an agency where you’re encouraged to be relentlessly bold, curious and fearless with current ideas – opening up entirely current directions for clients.

This role will see you:
Getting in front of clients across a broad mix of industries from day one
Unpacking and interrogating briefs across brand, experience, innovation
Designing bespoke consumer research approaches
Analysing quant data, pulling out insights and uncovering the story
Bridging the gap between brands, business challenges, human truths and cultural narratives
Presenting insights and strategy in creative, engaging formats
Having a lot of fun along the way

We’d love to hear from quant-led strategists or dualists (qualitative + quantitative) with agency experience and a creative itch to scratch. You’ll have a solid understanding of the end-to-end research lifecycle, with strong data skills and a passion for numbers and strategy.
