Outcast Clothing is a rapid-growing global eCommerce fashion brand with offices on the Gold Coast and in Los Angeles. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Merchandise Planner to join our Merchandise team and take ownership of our OTB framework, inventory planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Reporting to the Global Merchandise Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory investment, intake planning, and stock performance align with our commercial and financial goals. You’ll partner closely with Buying, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights that drive profitable growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the business-wide Open-to-Buy framework
Develop forecasts, inventory plans, and financial projections
Deliver weekly and monthly trading analysis across sales, margin, stock performance, and inventory efficiency
Identify risks and opportunities and provide commercially relevant recommendations
Support budgeting, reforecasting, and inventory investment decisions
Partner closely with Buying, Finance, and Operations to align planning outcomes




Continuously improve planning processes, reporting tools, and forecasting models

What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years’ experience in Merchandise Planning with OTB ownership
Strong retail planning and forecasting experience
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capability
Experience within fashion, retail, or eCommerce environments
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a quick-paced business
