Provide expert advice, resolve complex valuation issues and support consistent, high quality outcomes. Ideal for an experienced registered valuer who works autonomously and influences practice.

Responsibilities
Support statutory land valuations across Queensland in line with legislative requirements.
Provide assurance on valuation practices, ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality.
Work autonomously to deliver assurance activities, provide guidance to valuers, investigate complex valuation issues and contribute to grievance resolution.
Prepare Land Court briefs or provide expert evidence as required.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, local government and the public.
Support innovation and improved practices,



contributing to productive and effective valuation outcomes.
Deliver high‑quality assurance outcomes, sound decision‑making, solid stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities while meeting service standards.
