CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER - DARWIN

What you will doing:

The Customer Support Officer is responsible for the effective and productive handling of customer support enquiries for the Northern Territory region, including but not limited to phone queries, investigating freight locations and any administrative duties as requested to support effective customer support delivery.

What we ideally require from you:

Qualifications and experience
Demonstrated experience with customer support interaction.
Administration skills and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills
