We are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to play a key role in shaping a growing business. You will work closely with senior leadership to build the estimating capability, influence the function’s development and play a genuine part in the next phase of growth. The operation is expanding across the East Coast and perks from the backing, resources and financial strength of a major Australian contracting group.

Responsibilities
Play a key role in building the estimating function as the business grows across the East Coast.
Lead the estimating process from tender review through to submission for a wide-ranging portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.




Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities and secure new work.
Help develop estimating systems, processes and capability as the team expands.
Be part of a business where your ideas and input genuinely influence the direction of the operation.

Qualifications
Extensive first‑principles estimating experience within civil construction.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, productivity rates and project sequencing.
Confidence in reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
Desire to have a genuine influence on a growing operation, not just the next tender.
