Role Overview

As Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with safety and building standards, and maintain robust communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on-site activities from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS protocols
Liaise with clients,



consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain transparency
Track progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager

Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 4 years)
Robust knowledge of NSW building codes, WHS regulations, and construction processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and programmes
Ability to use construction management software(On site companion)
Trade qualification or relevant building/construction certification
Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
