ANR Engineering Pty Ltd is a growing, ISO-accredited civil contractor delivering high-quality local government works across Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and lead crews across multiple council projects.

This role suits a hands-on leader who understands council specifications, can direct teams confidently, and takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-organised sites.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities across multiple sites
Lead site crews and subcontractors with clear direction and solid communication
Ensure works comply with local council specifications, drawings, and standards
Read and interpret council site plans, IFC drawings, and project documentation
Maintain daily site diaries, records, and progress updates
Liaise with council officers, project managers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor productivity, quality,



and programme to meet project deadlines

About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
Proven experience delivering local council projects
Strong understanding of civil works including drainage, concrete, roads, and landscaping
Confident reading and interpreting council plans and specifications
Able to write clear, accurate daily site diaries and reports
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
White Card (essential)
Current driver’s licence and own transport
