About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy operations team based in Lane Cove. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service by processing orders, coordinating hospital case requirements and responding to customer enquiries.
Working closely with the sales and warehouse teams, you'll help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Following your initial training, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, offering flexibility while remaining connected to a supportive team.
Duties
Process customer orders accurately
Coordinate hospital case bookings
Respond to phone and email enquiries
Liaise with sales and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate customer records
Process invoices and documentation
Prioritise multiple customer requests
Provide general administrative support
Skills & Experience
Order processing experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or simialr ERP is required
Healthcare industry preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
High attention to detail
