Job Title

Chef de Partie – TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide

Responsibilities
Run the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen, assisting with menu planning and design in collaboration with the Head Chef.
Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with food hygiene and health & safety standards, including HACCP principles and local catering guidelines.
Place highest importance on food safety and hygiene of preparation.
Minimize food wastage and strive to increase food knowledge and skills.
Provide an exceptional guest experience and give input on menus, rosters, and other team issues.
Audit kitchen stock & grocery lines daily and order stock as required.
Coordinate tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high standard of service throughout the day.

Qualifications
Relevant trade qualifications.
Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel or resort environment.
