About the Role

The Bunnings Frame & Truss centres are seeking a Yard and Transport Supervisor to manage a team of 6‑8 forklift and pick‑pack team members. The role delivers efficient and quality service to our customers by ensuring our products are delivered to site with ease.

Key Responsibilities
Verify stock quantities and reconcile incoming stock.
Manage transport services and maintain the GI area.
Perform quality checks on product and facility.
Maintain and oversee forklift and other equipment.
Assemble timber framing using beam saws, peg drills, nail guns and other tools to meet Australian standards.
Load timber wall frames and roof trusses ranging from 2.4m to 12m.
Conduct routine stocktakes and manage warehouse stock.
Provide forklift operation coaching and support the development of team members.
Operate within the weekly schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM.

Qualifications and Experience
Forklift experience is essential and willingness to teach or coach others.
Knowledge of timber construction, building, and logistics.
Previous experience in a similar heavy logistics or manufacturing environment.
High level of attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
Proactive, punctual,



reliable and able to prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Can work independently or as part of a team.
