QSAT is building next-generation software-defined ground infrastructure for satellite communications and space domain awareness.

Our software powers electronically steered multibeam antenna systems that support Ground Station-as-a-Service (GSaaS), passive RF Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and future multiband antenna platforms. Today our systems are operational in live settings, and we are evolving towards a common software platform that supports future generations of QSAT products.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to provide Software ownership across QSat's software engineering function.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for the technical direction, architecture and ongoing evolution of our software platforms. You will work across our existing products, driving platform enhancements, improving engineering maturity, strengthening security and compliance, and defining the common software architecture that will underpin future antenna systems.

Working closely with Product, Systems,



RF, FPGA and Hardware teams, you will ensure our software platforms remain reliable, scalable and ready for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Software Architecture & Software leadership
Define and evolve the common software architecture across current and future QSAT products.
Establish software engineering standards, design principles and development practices.
Review architecture, mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across the software team.
Drive pragmatic decisions around software reuse, refactoring and future platform development.

Product Development
Lead technical delivery across existing software platforms.
Work with Product and Systems Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable software solutions.
