Strategic Brand Manager | Brisbane

Not all Brand Manager roles are created equal. This is for someone who wants to shape what's next, not simply manage what's already there.

We're partnering with a business preparing to launch an exciting recent product, and we're looking for a commercially minded Strategic Brand Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation and execution.

You'll play a leading role in taking a product from concept through to market, working cross-functionally to influence stakeholders, build momentum and bring the brand to life. There are no direct reports, but you'll have significant influence across the organisation and will be trusted to drive outcomes.

We're looking for someone who has:




Led a key role in brand innovation and new product development (NPD)
Built a career within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced consumer setting
Robust commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer insight with business outcomes
Experience launching products and managing brands through growth phases
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across marketing, R&D;, product, sales and manufacturing.
