We're currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to oversee a 10-week commercial office fit out project in the ACT , commencing immediately.

This is an excellent prospect to join a well-established commercial fit out contractor delivering a high-quality office refurbishment. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage site operations from start to finish.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all day-to-day site activities
Coordinate subcontractors and manage site programme
Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification
Monitor quality and manage defect-free delivery
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS inspections
Liaise with the client,



consultants and project team
Manage deliveries, site logistics and material coordination
Complete daily reporting and site documentation using Procore

Requirements
Previous experience supervising commercial office fit out projects
Solid understanding of high-end commercial finishes
Current Asbestos Awareness Certificate (essential)
Procore experience (essential)
White Card
First Aid Certificate highly regarded
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Available to start immediately
