Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Robotics Innovation Company with a robust presence worldwide. They are looking for a Technical Solution Manager - Autonomous Mobile Robot as part of their expansion plans in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne based), reporting to the Department Head.

Responsibilities

The Technical Solution Manager - Autonomous Mobile Robot is responsible for:
Install and commission new plants, ensuring smooth and safe start‑up operations.
Provide simple and explicit technical support to plant owners, operators, and on‑site teams.
Visit customer plants regularly to check performance and identify service or upgrade opportunities.
Support aftersales activities, including service training and coordination with service partners.
Help solve product issues and support communication between technical teams and customers.

Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics automation
Positive communication skills and comfortable presenting to customers
Able to solve problems, manage tasks, use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and travel when needed.
Able to base in Sydney or Melbourne.
