Location: Canning Vale, WA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 per year (depending on experience)

Pezzano Enterprises is seeking an experienced Fresh Produce Sales Administrator to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge across fresh produce, butchery, seafood and dairy who can confidently assist chefs and hospitality businesses while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Role
Taking customer orders from chefs and hospitality venues via phone, email and our ordering app.
Providing expert product advice and recommending suitable alternatives.
Upselling products and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
Solving customer enquiries quickly and professionally.





What We’re Looking For
Extensive knowledge of fruit & vegetables, meat, seafood and dairy.
Outstanding communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
Exceptional computer skills with quick and accurate typing.
Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to make decisions.
A skilled, friendly and positive attitude.
Reliable, organised and able to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
A genuine team player with a passion for the food industry.
