Senior Project Manager required who has robust Human Resources project experience in financial services.

This role is 12 month contract driving HR business initiatives.

Skill required:
Accountable for defining delivery plans and manage execution against plan, optimising sequence in line with prioritisation, resource capacity, capability and other constraints. Facilitate option assessments, trade-off conversations and impact assessments as required.
Demonstrated experience and track record in leading multiple projects with budget.
Facilitate and co-ordinate routines for internal project interaction, governance, and decision making within program, and other stakeholders.
Provide support, analysis, and documentation for regular Project reporting (status, risks/issues, dependencies, capacity).

Experience required:
Human Resources experience is required for this role around organisational design, strategy, HR systems
Delivery of complex solutions across business and technology
Managing project budgets, project plans, project milestones
JIRA experience is required.
