We are currently recruiting multiple driven and experienced analysts to join this enhanced function.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst Financial Crime Transformation reports to Head of Financial Crime Transformation.
Support the design and delivery of multi-year,



complex financial crime transformation programs to elevate the Bank's maturity.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Embed domestic and international requirements (e.g., 2026 AML/CTF reforms, Scams Prevention Framework) into all change initiatives.
Support High-Impact Projects: Partner across business lines to assist with non-routine initiatives, including regulatory responses, technology upgrades (NetReveal), and remediation.
Deliver Executive Reporting: Develop transparent, high-quality progress and risk reports for senior leadership, risk committees, the Board, and regulators.
Lead Cross-Functional Change: Partner across all three lines of defense (1L, 2L, 3L) to drive the seamless adoption of current financial crime policies and procedures.
