Reporting to the CFO, this newly created leadership role will establish and lead the FP&A; and Commercial Finance function. You'll partner with operational leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, commercial analysis and strategic insights that drive business performance.

Leading a small team, you'll also play a key role in the ERP implementation, enhancing reporting capability and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
Deliver monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards and Board reporting.
Partner with operational leaders on pricing, tenders, project profitability and commercial decisions.
Drive reporting automation, Power BI dashboards and continuous improvement.




Lead the finance workstream for the Pronto ERP implementation.
Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions and business growth.
Mentor and develop a high-performing commercial finance team.

About You
CA or CPA qualified.
5+ years' experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting.
Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP and Power BI experience highly regarded.
Experience within contracting, engineering, infrastructure, resources or project-based industries is advantageous.
