About the role:
Advising employers on complex employment, industrial relations and workplace strategy matters.
Managing contentious and non-contentious issues arising throughout the employment relationship.
Assisting clients with workplace investigations, terminations, restructures, performance matters and executive employment issues.
Advising on enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes,



workforce change and regulatory compliance.
Drafting high-quality advices, employment documents, submissions and correspondence.
Managing client relationships and contributing to the supervision and development of junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate:
Senior Associate with 4+ years PAE with a strong background across employment, workplace relations or industrial law
Excellent legal analysis, drafting and problem-solving skills.
The ability to provide practical, strategic and commercially focused advice.
Confidence managing matters and client relationships independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
The ability to work collaboratively within a national, high-performing team.
A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading employment practice.
