In this pivotal role, you'll be the link between our technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring field service jobs are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and scheduling field service work for our technicians
Providing administrative support to the Field Service team
Communicating with customers to confirm bookings and provide service updates
Processing service reports, purchase orders, and timesheets
Maintaining accurate job records and service documentation
Assisting with invoicing and general service administration
Working closely with the wider Guildford team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Administration, or similar support role
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive,



team-oriented attitude and proactive approach to work
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Experience within the heavy vehicle, automotive, mining, or equipment industry will be highly regarded
