Western Health is recruiting a Part time Lived Experience Worker to join the Mental Health and Wellbeing Services in Victoria. The role is 56 hours per fortnight on a fixed-term basis until August 2027, offering a recovery-oriented, multidisciplinary workplace across multiple Western Health sites.
The CYP Worker will support young carers under FaPMI, strengthen referral pathways, and collaborate with schools and youth organisations to connect families with appropriate services.
