About the Role Feros Care is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Residential Village in Bangalow, NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering secure and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing. What You'll Do:
Providing nursing care in line with AHPRA professional standards
Conducting clinical assessments and developing individual care plans
Leading and mentoring care teams to ensure best‑practice care
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and health specialists
Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and aged care standards

What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
Robust clinical skills and a person-centered approach to care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work across different shifts as required
