About You
Live in or can support clients in theJoondalup, Yanchep and surrounding areas
Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and have access to your own vehicle (no international licences or shared vehicles)
Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environmentsand/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start

What We Offer
$36.42 - $36.59 p/h + super
Paid travel time + $1.38/km allowance
Permanent part time contracts: 20 – 50 hours per fortnight + flex-up shifts
Reliable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality,



person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
Medication assistance (where applicable)
Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Social support and companionship
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
