About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established trades organisation based in Oakleigh. This role will see you providing essential administrative support to the sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Sales team and wider business
Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Process sales orders, quotes, purchase orders, and customer documentation
Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance
Maintain accurate records, customer information, and sales data
Assist with reporting, pricing updates, and general administration tasks
Support the end-to-end sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensure all sales administration processes are completed accurately and efficiently Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or Administration role
Experience within a trades, manufacturing, or distribution environment is highly regarded
Solid communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and strong administration capabilities
Confident using systems and learning new platforms quickly
