Lutheran Services is seeking a Roaming Aged Care Service Manager to support 12 sites across Queensland. You will deliver service continuity, drive positive resident outcomes and maintain organisational culture while reporting to the General Manager from our Milton Support Centre. The role may involve covering Clinical Care Manager positions as needed.

Your responsibilities include covering leaves, championing quality and compliance with Aged Care Standards, mentoring teams, overseeing workforce
