Rocky Bay is seeking a Workforce Officer for a 6 month secondment, based at our current Head Office in Booragoon. The role is full time, Monday to Friday with shifts from 6.30am to 7.15pm, and involves rostering across our support worker workforce to meet client needs.
You will work with Skedulo to roster staff, manage reporting, and collaborate with HR and admin teams while ensuring productive operations and a high standard of client care.
