This is not an entry-level role. Our clients want to deal with someone credible and self-assured — someone they trust to not only sell a service, but to ensure their site is cleaned to a high standard, properly secured, and supported long-term.

The Role

You’ll engage directly with commercial clients, using Urban Clean’s proven sales systems to convert opportunities into long-term service agreements. Success in this role comes from consistency, confidence, and the ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers. You’ll have autonomy in your day-to-day work, backed by strong systems and support.

Experience & Requirements
Sales experience working to targets and KPIs (preferred)
Commercial cleaning industry experience (highly regarded)
Customer-facing or B2B sales experience (highly regarded)
Strong English communication skills
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Full Australian work rights
