NAK Hair is a proudly Australian-made, salon-exclusive brand committed to elevating the craft of hairdressing through premium colour, care and styling solutions. We are currently seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Team.

Based at our Eagle Farm Head Office, this role is essential in supporting sales growth through promotional planning, reporting, system administration and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Education, Inventory and Finance, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Analyst, the Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of sales initiatives across Australia and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, solving problems, improving processes and using data to support business decisions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support,



sales operations or commercial coordination role
Experience working within a quick-paced business environment
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using an ERP system, preferably NetSuite
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
