Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team in Wetherill Park. This is an exciting prospect to take true ownership of customer relationships, drive business growth, and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of a leading Australian company.

In this position, you will split your focus between driving strategic revenue growth, managing regional/national accounts, and providing dynamic operational support. Key responsibilities include:

and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing customers.

•Identifying, targeting, and securing current business development opportunities across Australia.

•Managing key customer accounts proactively to guarantee exceptional service and satisfaction levels.

•Conducting targeted sales calls, face-to-face customer visits, and robust follow-up activities.

•Preparing detailed commercial quotations and professionally negotiating sales opportunities.

•Supporting and coordinating warehouse operations and assisting with day-to-day staff management/

workflow coordination when required.

•Resolving customer enquiries and operational issues in a prompt, skilled manner.

•Working closely with executive management to implement overarching business growth strategies.

•Maintaining highly accurate, up-to-date customer files and sales pipeline records.
