Responsibilities
Assist customers at the trade counter and provide exceptional service
Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
Prepare quotes and process customer orders
Follow up enquiries and sales opportunities
Develop your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training





Your Profile
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and qualified phone manner
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
