You must have a desire to exceed customer expectations, have strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.

We are a family owned business, NO SUNDAY’s, favorable opening and closing hours with ample parking onsite.

Responsibilities' include, but not limited to:
All aspects of the sales process
Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
Achieving individual sales KPI'S
Developing and Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Skoda Brand
Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting out clients to find the right vehicle

About you:
Passionate about the automotive industry and the Skoda Brand
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
Motivated and Process Driven




Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to create a positive working setting
Immaculately presented
The ability to ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies and procedures
Vic Driver's license
