About the Role We are looking to hire a Senior Compliance Manager to join MYOB’s outstanding team in Sydney, NSW, Australia. This role is uniquely placed to have a tangible impact by ensuring MYOB meets its regulatory obligations. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to integrate strict compliance practices into daily operations, promoting a seamless compliance culture.

Responsibilities - Support the Compliance Team to roll out and maintain MYOB’s compliance framework - Manage compliance registers, controls and reporting to meet regulatory obligations (ASIC, AUSTRAC, ACCC, Privacy Act, Corporations Act, AML/CTF, etc.) - Provide clear, practical compliance advice to leaders and teams across product, technology and operations - Coordinate monitoring and testing activities, address issues and prepare reports for executives, boards and regulators - Assist with MYOB’s current risk and compliance system and respond to audits, reviews and regulatory requests - Keep abreast of emerging regulations and risks, and help build a solid compliance and risk culture through training and engagement Qualifications - Extensive expertise and experience in compliance, risk, regulatory advisory, or legal positions, preferably in financial services, superannuation, banking, payments,
