We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented financial expert to join our ASPAC Commercial team. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting complex bids and operational contracts across Serco’s diverse portfolio. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to develop financial models,
evaluate commercial opportunities, and shape innovative solutions that support our clients and communities.
As a Senior Commercial Analyst in the ASPAC Commercial team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Developing and refining financial models for recent business opportunities
Supporting pricing strategy, subcontractor negotiations, and bid governance processes
Managing cost modelling consultants and contributing to supplier engagement
Undertaking commercial analysis to support current market entry and investment decisions
Enhancing modelling tools, data libraries, and process improvement initiatives
Collaborating across legal, HR, operations and technical teams to validate assumptions
