Trading 7 days a week, the James Said Bistro is the go-to place in Armadale for our regular high-end clientele.
You would be responsible for managing the front of house team as well as the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Skills & Experience You would need to be commercially minded to understand how to operate profitably. Be a hands-on leader and have the skill set to hire, train, and manage a front of house team. Understand how to create an unforgettable high-end dining experience. Have positive wine knowledge. Sell and execute functions and events. Be available to work weekends and evenings. Neat and tidy presentation. Ensure that the restaurant is clean and maintained. Must have RSA certificate.
