We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our newly established site in Wyong.



This role is ideal for an experienced operational leader who enjoys working alongside their team, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking ownership of site performance. This is not a desk‑based position, approximately 90% of the role involves working on the floor, operating and overseeing machinery, supporting customers, managing workflow, and ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

As a key leader within the business, the successful candidate will work closely with the Area Manager and broader management team to establish strong operational practices, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the long‑term success of the site.
