The Brown Jug Cafe is a busy, fast-growing café in the heart of Gympie. We are looking for a fully qualified Chef to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café menu items to a high standard.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with stock control and ordering.
Work efficiently as part of a supportive kitchen team.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen.

About You
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
Previous experience as a qualified chef in a café or restaurant.
Strong organisational and time management skills.




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, motivated, and a positive team player.
Availability to work weekends is essential
Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
