What You Will Actually

Do

Join Scout Talent in a high-volume, outbound, phone-based sales role building a long-term career in sales, tech and recruitment. You will build your own pipeline, run discovery conversations, and manage the full sales cycle to help organisations achieve better hiring outcomes.

Prospect and engage organisations with 50 to 1,000 employees across Australia and Recent Zealand.

Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities from cold outreach to close.

Run discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges and business goals.

Recommend the right mix of recruitment services and technology solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to renewal.
