A fantastic chance has opened for an ambitious, energetic Weekend Supervisor to join our team at our exciting store at Gympie. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent standards in the following areas:
The role
Customer Service – provide solutions and lead best customer service practice at all times.
Merchandising – drive store sales through inventory management and store presentation.
Teamwork - coaching and support your team to achieve store goals and objectives together.
Product knowledge – provide expert advice on our extensive range of products.
Ideally you will have or be
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in the Hardware industry
Loads of energy, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude Team player who will help the team achieve sales targets
