About the Role Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you’ll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive workplace for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities - Find the best way forward for our residents and people
Run a tight ship – maintaining efficiency and operational safety
Keep the lights on and make sure revenue targets are met

At least five years in a management role
Background in aged or medical care
