The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take ownership of our kitchen. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on creativity, consistency and organisation.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and managing the kitchen team
Designing and refining menus in line with our brand
Managing rostering, ordering, stock and costs
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene
Running a smooth, efficient kitchen that’s wrapped by 2pm every day
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Head Chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Skilled in rostering, ordering and cost control
A balance of creativity and consistency
Positive, team-focused attitude
