We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant blue-collar recruitment team! This isn't your average desk job. Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
Writing and placing job adverts
Assist with filling high-volume client job orders
Handle general administration tasks

Skills and Experience Required




Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service workplace
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust attention to detail and effective time management
Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
Proactive problem-solving approach
Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
