About the Role

As a key member of our front-office team, you'll play an key role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include
Warmly greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
Managing a high volume of phone calls and appointment bookings
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment and beyond
Using initiative and problem solving skills to assist with daily practice operations




Collaborating closely with clinicians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
Assisting with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Previous Reception or Administrative experience within a medical, specialist, dental or hospital environment (Orthodontic or Dental an advantage)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, professional and patient-focused approach
A team oriented attitude and willingness to support those around you
