Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Property Manager to join a leading asset management business focused on delivering high-quality property services and strong client outcomes. The company operates within the property industry, managing a diverse portfolio and prioritising compliance, service excellence, and tenant satisfaction. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing property operations, tenant relationships, and financial reporting within a property management setting.

As Property Manager, you will oversee the daily management of assigned properties, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and strong tenant engagement. You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and the facilities team to deliver consistent service and maintain high standards across the portfolio.

You will be responsible for financial management, lease administration, and supporting a collaborative team environment, while ensuring all statutory and safety requirements are met.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery for assigned properties




Build and maintain solid tenant and client relationships
Prepare and manage property budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting
Oversee lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirements
Coordinate maintenance schedules and contractor performance with Facilities Managers
Support and mentor Assistant Property Managers and Administrators

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in commercial or retail property management
Applied knowledge of property regulations and industry standards
Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within a team setting
