A Registered Nurse in aged care delivers high-quality clinical care to older adults, oversees medication and care planning, leads support Team and ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. The role requires robust clinical judgement, compassion, and the ability to manage complex health needs in a residential setting.
