We are looking for a casual/part time receptionist to help our cosmetic injectors maintain a seamless experience at Cityskin. The role will be based at our CBD location.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Managing emails and general correspondence
Verifying patient information while ensuring confidentiality
Processing patient billings, taking payments and balancing the cash sheet daily
Managing product stock and retail sales
Assisting with administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, quick learners are encouraged to apply.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Some sales background or knowledge of cosmetic treatments is highly regarded.
Robust organisational skills with ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and think proactively to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in office software. Experience with Cliniko is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of the cosmetic injectable field is a plus.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Solid attention to detail.
Excellent work ethic.
